She was forced to adapt her daily routine around hemodialysis and later on dialysate for the peritoneal area. After spending 80 consecutive days in the hospital from the point of death to a long journey to recovery she finally got home, however her life was forever changed. After one year and a half of dialysis, Angelica was able to undergo the most significant operation of her life-her kidney transplant. Angelica would be receiving the donated kidney from her mom. Angelica as well as her mom underwent successful kidney transplantation on September 13, 2013 at two fantastic hospitals close to one another - Emory University Hospital & Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale pursued her dream of becoming a celebrity from the beginning.
